As part of my Valentine's Day series, I'm spotlighting two of my favorite recipes on the site that would be a hit this weekend.

My raspberry almond cupcakes and raspberry chocolate Bundt cake are perfect for the holiday, especially if raspberry is more your style than strawberry.

Let's start with the cake...

The best part? You don’t need a mixer to make any of it. The chocolate cake batter comes together with a bowl and whisk, and the same is true of the deliciously sweet, slightly tart raspberry glaze on top of this rich, chocolatey Bundt.

Now onto the cupcakes...

In my mind, I can see these raspberry almond cupcakes sitting pretty on top of a cake stand for a Valentine's Day party this weekend. The marbled raspberry cream cheese frosting just makes them feel extra festive. Plus, the cupcakes are already portioned out, making them easy to serve without having to slice into a cake.
